Visits to the Infrared Sauna
I’m so lucky to be able to work from Sydney’s coolest creative space La Porte. Coming to work in my little office there feels like a treat every day. I’m surrounded by leaders in all types of creative fields from fashion design to graphics, modelling agencies to skincare.
The greatest pleasure at La Porte Space, however, is the use of their new Wellness centre including the beautifully designed Infrared Sauna room. Complete with brass shower and Ayu oils it’s an experience unto itself.
Top this all off with the light therapy that the Sauna boasts and a relaxing hour once a week becomes a must. My favourite is the red light. It’s great for skin rejuvenation and muscle relaxation. I leave feeling relaxed and glowy.
I’m still to try a couple of the other colours so I guess more visits will be on the cards.
